There were so many times over the years when we found ourselves in the same place at the same time, yet somehow, we never met. Thankfully, we were connected in countless ways, and it seemed inevitable that our paths would eventually cross. In 2021, the universe decided it was time and brought us together.

At a work Christmas party, one of Mady's best friends, Kaitlyn, introduced us. At first, one of us — Mady — wasn't quite ready for the right person, but luckily for her, Matt couldn't shake the feeling that we were meant to be.

For many months, we occasionally checked in on each other, but it wasn't until a summer party that we finally stopped kidding ourselves and decided to give this a real chance. Through a little trial and error, we found our way to each other — just when we needed it most.

Since then, we've built a beautiful life together in a home filled with love and laughter. Our three pets — Oliver, Emmie, and Penny — are the lights of our lives, and we are so excited to continue this journey side by side.
